End of Season Shoot – 8th October 2017
Despite late withdrawals, a total of 12 members enjoyed a fine and dry day for this year’s competitions. We welcomed newest member Tom Stevenson to his first EOS and after an absence of four years it was good to see Simon Thomas back on the ranges again and enjoying remarkable success.
The warm-up shoot at 300 yards produced three maximums with Colin Skellett’s 35.6 just squeezing Bob Jackson into second place.
Prizes across the following competitions were well distributed, with Simon Thomas shooting steadily all day to capture the Rosebowl and the EOS Tankard at the end of an enjoyable day.
