Learning to Shoot Full Bore Target Rifle

For those who wish to take up Full Bore target rifle shooting as a sport, the individual must now meet strict criteria imposed by the Ministry of Defence and administered by the National Rifle Association.

The MoD ruled that from 1st January 2009, Certificates of Competence are required to be held by all civilians shooting over MoD ranges. That means Bisley and nearly all other ranges in the UK. These certificates are renewable on an annual basis.
